US & Canada shipping

All jewelry is shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) as Two-Day Priority Mail. If you will not be home to receive your package, we ask that you arrange an alternate shipping address. Patti Raml Design is not responsible for the package once it has been delivered.

We are happy to require Signature Confirmation on delivery. Please select that option at checkout.

International shipping

International shipping is only available on a case by case basis. Please contact Patti if you’re interested in purchasing jewelry to ship outside of the US and Canada.


Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love what you’ve purchased, but if you don’t, we're happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit. All returns or exchanges must be completed within 10 days of receipt. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that we will deduct the cost of shipping when issuing store credit. Store credits do not expire. 

Custom orders, as well as rings that have been resized for your purchase, are not available for return or exchange.  

Please email Patti if you’d like to return or exchange an item. Pre-approval is required for all returns and exchanges.


 

Repairs

Patti is able to offer repairs only on Patti Raml Design Jewelry. Repairs are evaluated on a case by case basis.

The cost of repairs is based on the nature of the repair, but is usually charged at time + materials. We reserve the right to use a third party for repairs in situations in which it is warranted.
