Permanent Jewelry FAQs

Will the specific chain I want be in stock for my session?

When you book your appointment, you will have the opportunity to indicate which chain and charms you would like to get. We will do our best to make sure we have it in stock for your session!

How can I remove my permanent jewelry?

You can snip off your jewelry with a scissors. The jewelry can be re-welded in the future for $10 if you cut it off.

What if my jewelry breaks?

If your jewelry breaks within 7 days of receiving it, we will gladly re-weld it at no charge. After 7 days, it will cost $10 to re-weld.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, we do require a deposit to book your session time. This deposit will go towards your final total. Deposits are refundable if the session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the session start time.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! Choose the booking option that corresponds to the amount of people that will be in your group.

Do you accommodate large groups?

Yes! We would love to. Please inquire about large groups or parties at 920-627-0196 or raml@charter.net so we can discuss details and options.

Do you take appointments outside of what is available online?

Where is the appointment?

The appointment will take place at our studio at 816 Pennsylvania Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081.
